Our apartment was a good size, and it was very comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was a nice welcome change on our travels! Whenever we got the room cleaned it was to a very high standard. We also had an issue with our bath but maintenance came and fixed this issue right away. The shop downstairs is very convenient, and we enjoyed using the facilities.

The executive 1-bedroom is very spacious. Overall, the hotel is very well maintained. The lounge with the rooftop is nice to grab a coffee from the self-serve espresso machine in the morning. The gym is decent, with nice views of Hanoi. Great staff. We appreciated the care and attention given to guests.

The location is great! Room is nice and clean. I would be happier if there is a shower instead of bathtub because my limitation geti in and out of the bathtub is difficult. And I also want couple more chairs to sit with my relative when they visit.

Everything from the room to stuff, facility, breakfast , service everything is perfect. Huge well maintained room with kitchen appliances, tasty breakfast, gym and pool is perfect , friendly reception, there's a circle k and hiland coffee at the ground floor of hotel. Totally value of money. Truly recommend 💚
